The T.A.P. is 18-25. the purpose is to show the characters feelings about their job in a short window of time.
Tim: do you know what the guy did? Or are we just doing a non-descript job like usual.
Zack: I don’t know what he did but what ever it was got the boss angry enough that we now need to take care of him. Really I don’t give a fuck what he did I’m just doing my job just like you are.
Tim: shut up, I’m just asking. You know sometimes id like to know why the fuck I’m being sent to deal with someone. I know it’s my fault for trying to hold on to my humanity.
Zack: what because I don’t give a shit about some stupid shit who was dumb enough to make the boss angry I’m not human? Let’s talk about something else.
Tim :( looks out the window of the car then finally turns back to the road ahead)
Zack: tell me something man, why the fuck are you just sitting there like a little bitch. Come on tell me something.
Tim: alright do you know why we drive on the right side of the road?
Zack: really this is what you want to talk about? Fine tell me what you learned on the magic school bus.
Tim: back in Europe a long time ago people had to defend them selves from robbers while riding their horse. Most people back then where right handed because being left handed was considered a sin people road on the left so they could defend themselves with out chopping of their own arm.
Zack: so are we just trying to be different or did all the left handed people come over here?
Tim: let me finish we had it like this until guns came along. How they shoot in the old cowboy movies is bull shit. In real life people had to use their left arm to stabilize the gun so they could actually shoot something.
Zack: so what are you trying to tell me you want a horse? Why do I need to know this shit?
Tim: it’s because of the fact that we base everything we do on violent acts towards each other. What does that say about us as a people? We couldn’t have figured out how to talk things out by now.
Zack :( laughs) you need to stop crying about nothing. The world is the way it is and if talking helped then we wouldn’t be having this globe competition of who has the bigger stick. Why the fuck are you crying about violence anyway if there wasn’t any then you wouldn’t have a job.
Tim: I know but it doesn’t mean that I like it; it means I need to eat and unfortunately this job feed me well. I’m just saying I wish we wouldn’t have to use violence.
Zack :( pulls over the car in front of an apartment building) alright speaking of violence we are here. You know what you leave your gun in the car and go talk about your feeling with this guy alright. And if all else false then we will stick with the tried and true.
Tim: you shooting the guy?
Zack: is there any other way.

I really like your descriptions, and "voice" but i think you over looked the assignment,its sapota be a conversation with a famous person, (real) but im sure you can tweek it to fit that format, also it would help if put a space between your speakers, just to make it easier to follow.
I really liked how you decided to do something different from the assignment because I don't feel the need to talk to famous people either. The difference between you and I is that I just didn't do it :) . Good job though, the conversation was really in depth and funny.
