1.Racism
is something that isn't as bad as it used to be but is still something that happens in todays society. i think that racism is something that is really unacceptable because of how far ahead we are as a society, compared to where we were 50 years ago. most would think that as a society we had grown and become knowledgeable enough to realize how stupid racism really is.
2. Freedom of speech
This is something that if we aren't careful we might lose in the coming years. It's starting to happen now through a way that most people aren't even aware of and when they are made aware of it, they don't seem to see the impact of what might come from something as simple as changing video game laws. If they start saying what you cant put in a video game whats next? Its just a matter of time before we are told what we can say to one another.
3. Invasion of privacy
This is something that in the United States has recently become a big issue. the T.S.A. has changed some of their policies that have to do with airport screening. Some of the things they have changed is the way they pat you down if you are chose for screening witch many people say is sexual harassment. Some people have even charged the T.S.A. for how they were treated. Another thing that they have changed is they have a machine that can take a picture of you that sees through your clothes. Many people are upset be this because after this is done they want to know what happens to the nude picture of them that was just taken.
4. People's view on the war
This is something that many people are either dived on or unaware of what is going on. Most peoples knowledge of what is going on is based only on what they see on the news and newspapers. This isn't a good way to get the whole story because not only does the news use embedded reports, they also are only allowed to tell you what the government and the military says is OK for you to know. Also there is the fact that most of the youth are unaware of what is happening and video games glamorize what is the situation by showing them a very action pact view of the war, where you always come out on top and you are defeating bad guys. Where in real life war is nothing like that and most of the time you aren't beating bad guys but are trying to stay alive or bombing cities where there are many of innocent people. Don't get me wrong I'm glad that there are people willing to fight for my freedom and protect me, but I also think that it gets to a certain point where it stops being about protecting people and is now something that is helping a new cause.
5.Bullying
This is something that has become a big issue. Many teens are committing suicide because they are being bullied. Something that has been happening a lot lately is teens committing suicide because they were bullied for being gay. I thinks this is something that is not OK because at the end of the day its no ones business who you like guys or girls. I don't think that anyone should be put down for something like being gay especially now of days. you would think just like mentioned with the racism issue that people would be past the point where they are prejudice because of something as stupid as who you are attracted to.

Great topics, I really like number 3, national security is one thing but everyone's entitle to privacy which the scans don't gave.
