Martin Luther King's speech

Martin Luther King’s famous I have dream speech is the definition of an effective speech. He uses past events to make his point, he uses the emotion of the people to help what he is saying, and while his speech is a direct attack on the injustices that the African American people where being dealt, he still talks about the fact that he wants a future where race isn’t something that divides people. Obama obviously took many pointers from this famous speech and because just like in his speech, King relates to the people and has the same ability to talk directly to the people. Just like Obama, King does not differentiate him self from the common people. He makes the point to say that the injustices that are being felt by them are the same that he deals with as well. Just like Obama’s speech King talks about the fact that the way things are going isn’t ok and that the people need change. King is able to attack what is wrong with the way things are going and not only that, he talks about the future he wants to have. Making this speech a speech of not only an attack on the injustices people where being dealt, but a way to show the hope for the future that he had. These are the reasons that this is not only an effective speech but a speech that any one who wants to make an effective speech should study and know well if they want to effectively make their point just like King was able to.

Good analysis but what's "a way to shoe the hope"? Other than that everything else's fine.
